I used ‘mantle’ to turn Barcelona’s champions league fate – Gospel Singer

Nigerian gospel singer, Dunsin Oyekan, has humorously claimed that he played a role in preventing a defeat for Barcelona during the first leg of their Champions League semi-final against Inter Milan.

 

In a surprising reaction to the dramatic 3-3 draw, Oyekan shared on his X handle that his son had predicted a victory for Inter Milan.

 

However, the gospel singer, determined to see Barcelona succeed, claimed to have used a “mantle” to change the outcome of the match.

 

“My son said Inter Milan was going to win, I said no it’s Barca… I had to use mantle to change it,” Oyekan wrote on his X account, adding a playful reference to “Opelope anointing.”

 

Barcelona had a rocky start to the match, conceding a goal just 60 seconds into the game.

 

Despite the early setback, they fought back to secure a thrilling 3-3 draw with Inter Milan.
