Four Nigerian Gospel Singers Die In Auto Crash

A fatal accident occurred on the Ikorodu–Sagamu Road in Ogun State, claiming the lives of four Nigerian gospel ministers.

Punch reports that the victims, including popular evangelist Ayodeji David, known as Kekere Jesu, were traveling for ministry work when their vehicle collided with another.

The crash, which involved several vehicles, resulted in the deaths of all four occupants instantly.

The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) confirmed the incident, stating that the cause of the crash was likely overspeeding and poor visibility, Leadership reports.

In total, over 24 lives were lost in the accident, including that of Evangelist Iyanu Joseph, Monjolajesu Oluwapamilerin, and Opeyemi Adesina.

Kekere Jesu, known for his street evangelism and strong social media presence, was on his way to fulfill a ministry obligation when the accident occurred.
