Class Rep lands in trouble after selling N3,500 book for N8,500

Students of Delta State Polytechnic, Oghara, have reportedly arrested an Engineering department course representative over alleged exploitation.

According to reports, the course rep was accused of selling a ₦3,500 textbook to students for as high as ₦8,500.

The situation sparked outrage among students, who claimed they were being exploited.

Some reports also revealed that the rep allegedly upgraded from an iPhone XR to an iPhone 16 shortly after assuming office, raising further suspicions about his sudden lifestyle change.

Eyewitness said, “the students discover say na ₦3,500 naim lecturer say make he take sell textbook to students but the guy dey sell the textbook for ₦8,500. The guy dey make cool 5k for each student head”
