Ahead of the 2027 general elections, Ondo State Governor, Lucky Aiyedatiwa, has declared that he never promised an automatic ticket for APC aspirant, insisting that no one will be denied the opportunity to contest for any position ahead of upcoming state and National Assembly elections.
The governor made the remark during the quarterly APC stakeholders’ meeting held in Akure, the state capital.
There will be rumours that the Governor may favoured some aspirants in the State and National Assembly race.
But, Governor Aiyedatiwa denied such speculations, charging party members to remain committed to the growth of the party by impacting positively in their respective communities and participate actively in the ongoing APC electronic registration exercise.
