Tragedy as Ajayi Crowder student beaten to death by colleague

Voice Air Media, VAM News Update

It’s no longer news that a student of Ajayi Crowther University in Oyo State, Alex Timileyin, was beaten to death by some students of the same school, but a friend of Tonia Emiko (Alex’s mother) Onyeka Adudu, has alleged that Alex was beaten to death for refusal to join a cult group.

Adudu said Alex was beaten from 9pm Friday May 24 to 6am Saturday, May 25.

Whilst dismissing the report of telephone theft as reason for the beating of Alex to death, Adudu, averred: ” They killed Tonia Emiko ‘s son in his school, Ajayi Crowther University, over claims he stole iPhone 12. But the truth is they wanted him to join cult and he refused, hence they kept bullying him until they finally killed him.

” We must fight for justice. I left his mum (Tonia Emiko ) not too long ago, she’s in pain. I feel pained as well, we must pursue justice and confront anyone trying to twist the story of what really happened.”
