Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the incoming president, and Kashim Shettima, the incoming vice president, will meet with the incoming senators and members of the All Progressive Congress (APC) on Monday afternoon at the presidential villa in Abuja.
In anticipation of the incoming President, the elected lawmakers had already convened at the State House Conference Center.
According to what was learned, the meeting’s objectives were to discuss the 10th National Assembly’s leadership zoning plan and the impending, scheduled Saturday, gubernatorial elections.
Senate President, Ahmad Lawan, some other re-elected lawmakers and fresh ones have arrived for the meeting. They include Senator Orji Uzor Kalu, Senator Michael Bamidele, Senator Mohammed Ali Ndume, Senator Adeola Olamilekan, Senator-elect Abdulaziz Yari, among others.
