Davido stated that at this stage of his career, he has performed across major venues worldwide, sold out arenas, and received three Grammy nominations in the last three years.

He added that his upcoming music will reflect his core identity, noting that he intends to focus on authentic African sounds rather than incorporating Western influences to appeal to international audiences.
