President Bola Tinubu has approved a series of new appointments to lead key federal agencies and serve on national boards.
Hon. Magaji Da’u Aliyu has been appointed as the Managing Director of the Sheda Science and Technology Complex in Abuja, an agency responsible for research, technology development, and operating a major scientific facility.
Engr. Adesayo Olusegun Michael was named Managing Director and CEO of the Nigerian Electricity Management Services Agency (NEMSA). The President also assigned eight board members to NEMSA.
They are Engr. Aliyu Abdulazeez as Executive Director, Technical; Ikechi Clara Nwosu as Chairman, South East; Zubair Abdur’rauf Idris as Member; Igba Elizabeth as Member-North Central; Sani Alhaji Shehu as Member-North East; Adeyemi Adetunji as Member-South West; Engr. Emmanuel Eneji Nkpe as Member-South South; and Engr. Charles Ogbonna Asogwa as Member-South East.
For the Revenue Mobilisation Allocation and Fiscal Commission (RMAFC), Tinubu nominated Amina Gamawa to represent Bauchi and Abdullahi Muktar to represent Kaduna.
Their names have been sent to the Senate for confirmation.
