Drama as Corps Member Finds Out She’s Truly Pregnant After Faking It To Abscond Camp

News Update

A female member of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has stirred intense reactions on social media after breaking down in tears upon learning that she was actually pregnant despite initially claiming the condition as a lie to secure an exit from orientation camp.

The incident was recounted by a medical doctor identified as @PreciousOrla on X (formerly Twitter).

According to the doctor, the corps member falsely stated she was pregnant in an attempt to be excused from camp activities.

However, when informed that a pregnancy test would be conducted to verify the claim, she quickly withdrew the statement and confessed that she had fabricated the story.

Despite her admission, the nurse proceeded with the test, which unexpectedly returned a positive result.

The revelation reportedly left the corps member stunned and emotional as she struggled to process the surprising news of her pregnancy.

The post read:

“Someone here wanted to use pregnancy to lie and leave camp, immediately she realised she will be tested for confirmation she now said she’s not pregnant again and that she was lying. The nurse insisted on doing the test anyway, and she’s indeed pregnant. She’s been crying.”
