Donald Trump was grazed by a bullet while onstage at a campaign rally, Butler county district attorney Richard Goldinger says in a phone interview.
He adds that the suspected gunman is dead and at least one rally attendee was killed, with another seriously injured.

Meanwhile, the suspect who fired shots at the former United States President, Donald Trump during a rally in Pennsylvania has been shot and killed by Secret Service Operatives.
The shooter, whose identity has not yet been confirmed, was neutralized following the incident Voice Air Media reports.
Authorities are investigating the motives behind the attack, and further details are expected as the investigation continues.
Reacting to the incident, Trump’s Campaign team revealed that the former president is fine and responding to treatment at an undisclosed hospital.
“President Trump thanks law enforcement and first responders for their quick action during this heinous act. He is fine and is being checked out at a local medical facility. More details will follow.”
Trump’s predecessor, Barrack Obama also reacted to the incident.
He said in a statement:
“Although we don’t yet know exactly what happened, we should all be relieved that former President Trump wasn’t seriously hurt and that he and Michelle are wishing him a quick recovery.”
Also, Tesla CEO, Elon Musk immediately endorsed Donald Trump for president after the incident.
He wrote on X:
“I fully endorse President Trump and hope for his rapid recovery. Last time America had a candidate this tough was Theodore Roosevelt.”
