Residents of Osun State willing to apply for the Osun teaching service job are to get their application forms online.
The State Government had announced that Governor Ademola Adeleke approved the immediate recruitment of 5,000 teachers into the state teaching service.
Meanwhile, a statement issued by the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Education, Murtala Jimoh warned applicants not to fall victim of fraud by buying hard copy forms.
The statement made available to journalists by the Ministry’s Information Officer, Roseline Olawuni on Saturday, urged prospective applicants to register online via a link the Ministry would make public soon.
It reads further, “The application for the teacher’s recruitment will be done online through a link that will be announced very soon by the Ministry of Education.
“Don’t fall victim to scammers and fraudsters who are out to swindle unsuspecting applicants”.
