At least two persons were killed while a yet-to-be-identified woman was kidnapped by gunmen who attacked the Ikorodu area of Lagos State.

“Kidnapping is happening right now in Igbe-Alagemo. What is all this? They have kidnapped two people. They are in the bush, they are the ones shooting,” the voice said.

The Lagos State Police Public Relations Officer, PPRO Benjamin Hundeyin confirmed the incident on Thursday, saying “two persons died, four others were injured, and one woman was kidnapped”.
