Celestine Ibeh(Former COEASU Chairman, Alvan Ikoku Federal College of Education Owerri) from Ahiazu Mbaise LGA, whom God almighty blessed with Eight Children, (6 boys and 2, girls) all graduates comprises of Engineer, barristers, Politicians and business Moguls has clearly become one of the key Mbaise women in terms of contributions to societal growth and development. A Political Leader and Stakeholder of The People’s Democratic Party ( PDP) in Imo State.
