THE appeal court sitting in Abuja has upturned the judgement of the Osun Election Petition Tribunal and held that Governor Ademola Adeleke is the rightful winner of the Osun 2022 Governorship Election.

Meanwhile, the Appeal Court dismissed the Certificate forgery case against the Governor of Osun state, Senator Ademola Adeleke.
