Wizkid To Go On Tour With Davido After Years Of Supremacy Battle

Nigerian recording artiste, Wizkid whose real name is Ayodeji Balogun has revealed that he would be going on a tour with his Afrobeat contemporary Davido once his More Love, Less Ego (MLLE) world tour comes to a conclusion.

The award winning singer-songwriter made the announcement via his Instagram stories on Wednesday afternoon.

In his announcement, Wizkid who has been described as the flagbearer of Afrobeat admonished his followers to ‘save their coins’ ahead of the historic event.

Taking to IG, Wizkid wrote,

“After MLLE tour!! David and I going on tour!

Save your coins!

I no won hear pim!”

This is coming several months after Wizkid insinuated that Davido would probably be featuring on his 5th studio album, More Love, Less Ego which was released in November 2022.

At the time, Machala claimed that he has a song with someone most people consider his enemy. He said “I’ve got someone people thought we weren’t friends on the album“.
