There are indications that INEC is planning to sabotage the APC case at the tribunal.

The idea is to stall the adoption of the final written addresses on Friday.

INEC evades service of the Petitioners’ Final Written Addresses and raised Objection to some Documents.

Several efforts were made by the court Bailiff without success to effect service.

All the INEC’s lawyers ran away for the processes to be served on them.

Several calls made to the counsel were not returned.
