Breaking: Fire destroys 9 shops, 2 Vehicles at station road in Osogbo

THE NEWS YOU NEED

No fewer than nine shops, two vehicles have been destroyed in the ongoing fire at the station road opposite total filling station, Osogbo, Osun State capital.

The inferno which has been on for hours started around 8 p.m. on Saturday.

In a viral video posted by an eyewitness, OrisunAyo Radiotv, people were spotted around the scene while the fire service arrived and other security agencies are currently at the scene of the incident.

As at the time of filing this report, the cause of is yet to be ascertained.
