THE Ondo State chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has inaugurated the Tinubu/Shettima “Presidential Campaign Council” in 18 local government areas of the state with clear declaration that the committee should ensure that party’s presidential candidate, Asiwaju Ahmed Bola Tinubu wins the 2023 election.
The Ondo State APC Chairman, Engr. Ade Adetimehin while inaugurating members of the Committee at Senatorial District level, Federal Constituency and local government levels respectively in Akure today described the APC in Ondo state as formidable and harped on unity and party members’ togetherness.

‘Let me say here that this campaign committee is saddled with the responsibility of conducting an effective, message-driven campaign across the 18 local government area of the state for the 2023 elections.

He went on: “I am very happy to welcome our great party leaders and everyone to today’s Ondo State Tinubu /Shettima Presidential Campaign Council Structure Inauguration. It is a very unique and a good innovation Programme in the sense that this is the first time this type of campaign committee will be set up.
“At the Instance of our great party, the All Progressives Congress (APC) we have been saddled with the responsibility of conducting an effective, message-driven campaign, leading to Tinubu/Shettima’s ticket victory in the 2023 presidential election.”
The Chairman said the responsibility of the committee is to deliver the state for the All Progressive Congress in the coming election at all levels.
Adetimehin therefore stressed that a victory for the presidential candidate alone wound not be enough, but for all candidates of the party in the state.
