Ibadan-based comedian, Peteru is dead: What killed MC

The entertainment industry has been thrown into mourning as Ibadan-based comedian, Tobi Owomoyela Nifemi aka Peteru Comedy, has died.

The skit maker who is known for his Yoruba take on Big Brother Naija is said to have passed away, at age 35 on Wednesday, December 21.

The cause of his death is yet to be made public. However, his colleagues have taken to social media to mourn his untimely demise.

Peteru Comedy only buried his father in November this year.

He is said to be the only son of a family of seven.

He is survived by Bryan, his child, who is with his mother in the United States.
