THE Ekiti State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB) has unveiled an online portal for the recruitment of primary school teachers.

Akinwumi Femi, SUBEB executive chair in the state, announced the development in a statement on Tuesday.

He said the board is looking to recruit qualified holders of the National Certificate in Education (NCE) and those with education degrees, to work in public primary schools in the state.

The Ekiti SUBEB chair also said the online registration will begin at midnight on December 21, 2022, and close at midnight on January 4, 2023.

“Candidates are to print out their forms after completion of the online application. The printout will serve as entry passes into the examination halls during the recruitment test,” the statement reads.

“Candidates who are not ready to serve in the rural areas of the state or where their services are required need not apply.”
