[BREAKING] OAU student’s murder case: Drama As SANs engage in Court

Drama at Osun State High Court in Osogbo on Thursday as the Prosecuting Counsel, Mr Femi Falana (SAN) and Defense Counsel slugged it out over the authority of Falana to prosecute the case.

At the hearing, Falana was asked if he has the fiat, he said he has it and that he will bring it in the next adjournment date.

That was after arguments between the Defending and Prosecuting Counsels surfaced.

To this end, Justice Adepele Ojo who is also the Chief Judge of Osun State, ruled that she expected Falana to come with the fiat from the Attorney General of the State to the Court in the next sitting.

As at press time, the continuation of hearing of the case is in progress.
