Lionel Messi, Alvarez Destroy Croatia, inspire Argentina to a comfortable Qatar 2022 World Cup Final

Super star forward, Lionel Messi has inspired Argentina to comfortable win over Croatia to book their place in final for a second time in three tournaments.

Messi scored the first goal from penalty spot after Croatian goalkeeper, Dominik Livakovic was adjudged to have foul Julian Alvarez on 34 minutes.

Alvarez scored another superb goal after picking up ball from his own half and ran through the traffic, escaping challenges from Croatia defenders.

Messi again went ahead to show his class after he outclassed two defenders to set up Alvarez’s brace in the second half.

The win mean Messi will be in second, having lost to Germany in 2014. CONTINUE READING…
