Kayode Aroloye Emerges Best LGA Chairman In Nigeria, Bags A Car

Hon. Prince Kayode Adebambo Aroloye fcpa, the Executive Chairman of Idanre Local Government Area of Ondo State was named the National Winner of the Year 2022 Best Local Government Chairman in Nigeria.

Princess Dora Rose Kayode Aroloye the Wife of the Executive Chairman and First Lady of Idanre Local Govt, Hon. Yemi Olowolabi, Fmr. Commissioner Ondo State, Prince Adedoja Aroloye, Mr. Biodun Akintade, PS Pension Board ODSG, Hon. Niyi Akinnibosun, Vice Chairman Idanre LGS, Comr. Blessing Akinlosotu, President Nigeria Youth Congress, Hon. Akinnaso Ige, Hon. Leye Akinlalu, Comr. Adejala Gbenga, former NULGE Chairman, Comr. Adeyosoye Robert NULGE Chairman, Mr. Adeuti Ayodeji and other important dignitaries who graced the occasion.

 

However, in the keynote presentation by the event’s chairman, Otunba Olusegun Runsewe, CON, Director General, National Council for Arts and Culture, thanked the organizers for upholding LOGMA’s integrity to this day. He continued to emphasize that Local Government Areas in Nigeria should have complete autonomy since the Chairmen are better prepared to propose solutions to current concerns from their vantage point and have firsthand knowledge of the issues impacting individuals in their communities. He also counseled respect for Chairmen and Traditional Leaders. Lastly, he urged all of the Chairmen to serve the public, especially the current Awardees, to the best of their abilities.
