Oyetola, Makinde Set To Flag off Osogbo-Iwo-Ibadan Road

Governor Adegboyega Oyetola of Osun and his Oyo State counterpart will tomorrow Thursday flag off the reconstruction of Osogbo -Iwo-Ibadan road.

The road is jointly awarded by the government of the two states.

The Osun Commissioner for Works and Transport, Engr. Remi Omowaye made the disclosure in a statement issued on Wednesday, in Osogbo.

According to him, the flag off ceremony for the project is to be performed by both Executive Governors of Osun and Oyo States in front of the Trade Fair complex, Osogbo by 12:00pm.

The Government however appealed to the general public particularly motorists plying the route to cooperate with the contractor and obey all the traffic rules and law enforcement officers for seamless situation while the construction work lasted.
