Atiku Makes Fresh Appointments Ahead Of 2023 Presidential Election

THE presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, Atiku Abubakar has designated former Senator, Dino Melaye, and Dr. Daniel Bwala to serve as his spokespersons for the 2023 presidential campaign.

Media Adviser to the presidential candidate, Paul Ibe, in a statement on Thursday said the two nominations are to take effect without delay.

Atiku has also nominated Ms. Lynne Bassey as Special Assistant on Gender Issues and Women Advancement, whose nomination took effect from August 1.

On Tuesday July 5, 2022 the former vice-president had added three media aides to his campaign team, namely: Eta Uso, Abdulrashhed Shehu and Demola Olanrewaju.

Malaye was a member of the Red Chamber of the National Assembly, during the 8th Senate of the National Assembly from Kogi West Senatorial Constituency.

Bwala, a former chieftain of the ruling All Progressives Congress APC who joined the PDP last week, is a legal luminary, politician and public affairs commentator born in Adamawa State.
