Buhari reportedly delivers verdict on Tijjani Aliyu Minister of State, FCT

President Muhammadu Buhari has described Dr Ramatu Tijjani Aliyu, the Minister of State for the Federal Capital Territory as a role model and a confirmation that Nigerian women can achieve anything they set their mind to do if they are given the right opportunity.

 

The President delivered the verdict on the Minister in a message to her and her family on the occasion of her 52nd birthday on June 12.

 

In the congratulatory message by his media aide, Malam Garba Shehu, on Sunday in Abuja, the president described the minister as one of the women at the forefront of Nigeria’s development journey.

 

“Her position in government makes her a role model, confirming the fact that when we encourage them to believe in themselves, our women can achieve anything they want.

 

”Minister Ramatu is evidence that our women are capable of transforming society by their strength and sheer dedication,” he said.
