How Tenant Killed Landlord Over Cleaning Of Compound In Ibadan

A tenant has reportedly stabbed his landlord to death over keeping the compound clean in Ibadan, Oyo State.
The incident occurred on Tuesday at Agbon street in Iyana Church area of Ibadan.

According to Daily Post, the tenant who is an Hausa man stabbed his landlord after an argument occurred between both of them.

Sources informed the publication that the duo had issues over keeping the compound clean.

The suspect had fled after the incident to avoid being lynched as of the time of filing this report.

Security operative have however been deployed to the area to avoid a breakdown of law and order.

Efforts made to get a reaction from the Public Relations Officer of the state Police Command, Adewale Osifeso has been unsuccessful.

The PRO is yet to respond to the SMS sent to him for a reaction on the matter.

Meanwhile, a woman identified as Aisha Tijani has been apprehended by Ogun state police command on March 20 after pouring petrol on her daughter and setting her ablaze.

The suspect was arrested after one Moroof Ayinde reported the situation at Mowe divisional headquarters. CONTINUE READING…
