…. Convention Thanksgiving & Anointing Service holds Sunday
The New Era Youth Cathedral Osun 1 of The Redeemed Christian Church of God, is holding her Maiden Convention and Thanksgiving & Anointing Service at Osogbo, Osun state capital.
This year’s convention has the theme “THE FINGER OF GOD” at the RCCG New Era Youth Cathedral Osun 1, Opposite Lick Sensation UNIOSUN road, oke Baale, Osogbo, Osun state from March 7th, to Sunday 13th, 2022.
Bright Gbotemi reports that the seven-day convention featured choir rendition, free sickle cell/genotype seminar, prophetic declaration, drama, ministration, salvation, Liberation, promotion, elevation, acceleration and other special presentations.
Speaking at the event, today Saturday, 12th March Dee-day, a guest minister, the Cartapiler Evangelist, Pastor Boyede Oni from Youth Province 12 revealed the finger of God to the people, charging the congregation to move closer to God

“The finger is Jesus and Jesus is the word, Pastor Boyede Oni declared
“Everything God is showing you in his word “Bible” is pointing to you for what he has done, what he is doing and what he will do”
Pastor Boyede Oni who stressed the importance of finger of God, “What God says as a youth we should pay attention to it because what God is saying is what the finger is pointing at…
He encouraged that the children of God should focus only on God, “our God is the only one that can shape your life, in Psalms 121:8 the word says y”The Lord shall preserve thy going out and thy coming from this time forth and even for evermore.”
Delivering his message, Pastor Tunde Aluko said, Only VALUE differentate a Rich man from a poor Man
“You are not paid in Life for your time… You are paid for your value. Learn to increase your value and you will increase your income, Pastor Aluko revealed
“Let there be packaging and value in all you do, as a student you make sure you excel in your academic, get skills and as a youth gets the value needed in your field, only those who have the value secures job and excel in their businesses”
The Peculiar Treasure Sickle CellI initiative revealed that sickle cell is not a death sentence and victim can live long.
The initiative team encouraged single brothers and sisters to check their Genotype before going into marriage.
They advised parent not to discourage their sons and daughters who are AA product and ready to marry SS or sickle cell victim, because their disease is as a result of the ignorance on the part of their parent.
In his remarks, the host and Pastor in charge of RCCG new era youth cathedral Osun 1, Pastor Ade Adesina thanked God for the success of Maiden convention and prayed for more grace to carry out God’s work.
Pastor Ade Adesina also thanked the leadership of the church from Pastor E.A Adeboye, Other anointed men of God in Osun state, his wife and the people for their generosity, the services and sacrifices of the convention and prayed God for his continuous holy spirit and blessings upon them.
“The only escape way in this life is Jesus, He called on youths to come back to God as it is high time we embrace the finger of God as Jesus Christ our Lord to exceed expectations socially, economically, politically, financially and spiritually, Pastor Adesina said
