Shock As Suspected Assassins Gun Down Nigerian Lecturer Along Eke Expressway

There was panic as suspected assassins gunned down Mr Adah Echobu Chris, a lecturer of Benue State Polytechnic Community in Ugbokolo, Okpokwu Local Government Area of the State.

It was learnt that the incident occured on Sunday night when the armed men attacked the lecturer along Eke and Ugbokolo expressway and opened fire on him.

A lecturer of the school who spoke to DAILY POST, lamented that Ugbokolo is no longer safe for them, stressing that bloodthirsty men have been on a rampage in the community recently.

“These faceless human beings have been attacking innocent people in this place. At times, it is a clash between rival cult groups and some times, you just don’t know who is who. This is sad. Mr Adah was a very popular lecturer”, he lamented.
