A police officer attached to a filling station along Arakale road, Akure, Ondo state capital has reportedly shot to death two persons.
Eye witness said the police officer shot one person while trying to scare people away following a motor accident which had killed two persons on okada on the road and later shot another person in the process.
Another eye witness told our correspondent that the police shot one person while trying to scare people away.
Reports indicate that the arakale road is now blocked with vehicles and okada riders trying to protest the incident.
