Minimum wage: Kwara state government signs N30,000 into law

Kwara State Governor, AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq has signed the new 30,000 Minimum Wage Bill into law after reaching an agreement with labour leaders in the state.

Representatives of the organized labour in the state had reached an amicable resolution with the state government on the proposed minimum wage.

The Governor had earlier congratulated Nigerians on the 61st Independence Day anniversary, saying the country remains great and full of potentials, irrespective of its current challenges of nationhood and development.
