NANS President Asefon Visits, Bestows Gift On The Hospitalized Students Of Health Tech College Ijero Ekiti

 

The NANS president Asefon Sunday has visited the Federal Medical Centre, Ido Ekiti, in a bid to know condition of the affected students of College of Health and Technology, Ijero Ekiti, that were hospitalized from incidence of the ill timed fumigation of the school campus on, wednesday.

 

Contrary to social media publications and claims, twenty students was reportedly hospitalised all through the crises and as at the time of my visitation, only five(5) students were still on admission and they are responding very well.

 

We reached out to the remaining students in the hospital in our capacity and assure them of our resolution that the incidence will be well investigated.

 

We shall do all the necessities to ensure the welfare and safety of our students is not in anyway compromised.

In another devopment Asefon congratulate the former NANS president Comrade Olalekan Soyombo Lincoln who is now the SSA to Ekiti state governor on youths and students matters For his birthday.

Congratulations to a great leader – Asefon urges Olalekan Soyombo to remain committed to his selfless service to the students.

 

THe Revolutionary president, has sent best wishes to SSA on youths and students matters to Ekiti state Governor, Kayode Fayemi over his birthday.

 

Asefon in a statement on Saturday, May 29th, through his Media and Publicity, hailed Lincoln for his many years of contributions to the nation as a lawyer and comrade.

 

On behalf of the Ekiti students and Nigerian students nationwide & diaspora, the revolutionary president of the national association of Nigerian students (NANS), Asefon Sunday wish to convey with profound joy our felicitations and deep appreciation to our leader, and brother Comrade Olalekan Soyombo Lincoln.

 

Olalekan Soyombo, who was a former NANS president, Asefon told the SSA to continue in his selfless service to the students of Ekiti and nationwide and to keep inspiring the younger generation to follow the same path of honour.

 

“Happy birthday to you leader, “May the years ahead be filled with beautiful testimonies of God’s goodness in Jesus name. Many happy returns”, Asefon said.
