Breaking: Ex-NADECO chief, Senator Biyi Durojaiye dies at 88

A fourth republic senator on the platform of Alliance for Democracy (AD) in 1999, Biyi Durojaiye, is dead at aged 88.

According to the report, the deceased died on Monday in Lagos state while receiving medical attention.

Senator Olabiyi Durojaiye was once the chairman, Board of Commissioners for Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC).

He had represented Ogun East Constituency in the upper chamber of the National Assembly at the start of the Fourth Republic on the platform of Alliance for Democracy (AD) in 1999.

At the time of filing this report, detail of his burial is undisclosed.
