Excellent Sola Emerges Winner Talent Hunt At RCCG Osun Provincial Youth Convention 2021

Excellent Sola popularly known as Excellent has emerged winner of the Talent factory in the ongoing Provincial Youth Convention 2021 of the Redeem Christian church of God, RCCG Osun state, on Monday.

The convention which held at RCCG Breakthrough Cathedral, Olosan Ogo-Oluwa, Osogbo, the Osun state capital, with the theme: ‘High Flyer’.

The independent Artist beat 12 other contestants to emerge winner of this year’s edition.

The six contestants who made it through the first auditions were; Dolapo, Davies, Nifemi, Opatayo, Daniel and Excellent, where they engaged in various tasks and challenges related to music and gospel presentation through songs to determine their strength and weakness.

Also, Dolapo from Liberation, Davies were first and second runners-up respectively.

“I thank God for this privilege again this year, 2021. In 2018 at MIM I became 3rd position and in another talent hunt I Emerged the overall best winner as first position in Osogbo respectively. And at Right to Fame in Lagos state, I became third position, all to the glory of God, the Public artist-Excellence enthused.

The winner, Excellent while speaking with VAM News, commended the organisers for the platform to showcase his talent “Talent Factory/Hunt is a veritable channel that Nigerian youths need to identify with, because of its transparency and originality in discovering potential talents in youths and making them achieve their aims in life. I’m so happy I participated and Emerged the winner”

He encouraged the Churches to introduce similar Programme like this, to develop young talent in our youths.

The organizers of the provincial youth convention said the programme was geared at giving Nigerian youths the opportunity to showcase their talents to the world, as well as create more celebrated faces in the gospel and music industry.
