Osun Police Command Get New Deputy Spokesperson

 

 

 

The Osun State Police Command has announced the appointment of ASP Adesokan Theophilus Adekola as its new Deputy Police Public Relations Officer.

 

 

According to a press release signed and made available to DAILY POST by Yemisi Opalola, the Command Police Public Relations Officer, on Monday, Adekola took over from DSP Katayeyanjue Mustapha.

 

 

The new deputy PRO, Opalola disclosed, hails from Tede in Atisbo Local Government Area of Oyo State and has served in various capacities as Divisional Traffic Officer (DTO) and Team leader of Prompt Response Unit (PRU).

He obtained a B.Sc in Forensic Science from the Nigeria Police Academy, Wudil, Kano State, where he graduated as Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) in 2019.

 

 

Opalola also stated that DSP Mustapha, prior to his handing over to the new spokesperson, formerly doubled as the Deputy PRO and Desk Officer of the Public Complaint Bureau (PCB).

 

 

She however added that DSP Mustapha is still the PCB Desk Officer for the command.
