An appeal has been forwarded to the Muslim adherents across the globe, for allowing the pool of our wealth to spread across all and sundry.
The appeal was made known at the 20th Anniversary of NASFAT LANLATE OYO- STATE, Nigeria, during the Lecture delivered as part of their activities scheduled for this year anniversary program.
In a welcome address delivered by the Chairman of the Occasion, Alhaji Daud Makanjuola Ariwoola, he called on Muslims Ummah not to relent in their efforts to uphold the tenent of Islam not only by struggling, but to spread their tentacles across the Muslim Brethren.
In his lecture, the guest Lecturer, The Grand Mufty of Osogbo Land, Fadhilat Seikh Abdul Lateef Yusuf Abajaoro, expressed his displeasure with the way and Manners, the Muslims handle the situation, especially when tailoring to the propargation of Islam most especially men.
He narrated an ordeal, if, Muslims women gather based on the tenent of Islam, the financial status will be quickly impressive, but, if men, opposite is the situation.
He urged the NASFAT Members to contribute meaningful to the Success of this NASFAT branch.
He further called on Missioners, LANLATE Branch to avoid close relationship with Opposite Sex, most especially Society Members, because, if care is not taking, it may resulted to thing fall apart.
According to him; “our wealth belong to Allah which should be allowed to spread across Everybody. Quoted, Qur’an 2: 213, saying”
“Mankind were one Community and Allah has sent Prophet with glad tidings and warnings, and with them, He Sent down the Scripture in truth to judge between people in matters wherein they differed. And only those to whom (the scripture) was given differed concerning it after clear profs had come unto them through hatred. One to another. Then Allah by his leave guided those who believed to the truth of that wherein they differed. And Allah guides whom He wills,” He added
He eulogized the gathering by saying that the best Islam prescribed by Prophet( s.a.w) is somebody who allow people to eat from his pool of his wealth, “Fatala “meaning’ those people eat from his pot of soup’.
He soughted for support of every Members irrespective of offices been handled, and allow love and tranquility to be thier utmost target and this will go a long way to erase the poverty level among the members of the Society.
On the final note, The Grand Mufty added the fact that, “Good deeds emanates in two folds, Adaptation and Hereditary and whoever ways it comes to us we should allow it to touch every nooks and crannies irrespective of how small or big you have been blessed, this as been taught earlier by the Holy Qur’an and the teaching of the prophet Muhammed (s.a.w.).”
Prayer Session were held at the palace of Olu laala of LANLATE where the Mufty prayed for the Sons and Daughters of the ancient town.
Other dignitaries present were; the Hon Representing Ibarapa/Eruwa Constituency who donated a huge amount, Hon. Pastor Aderemi Oseni ably represented by Hon Kolawole.
Other dignitaries are; the CEO, double Palm hotel Alhaj Sarafudeen Agbogun, the Chief Immam LANLATE, OYO-STATE, Fadhilat Seikh Muh’d Daud Akorede, other Clerics and important dignitaries present.
