THE Governor of Osun state, Ademola Adeleke has praised the residents for their active participation and valuable insights during the Ipade Imole forum. He ensured that the administration is taking steps to address the concerns raised.
In his statement signed by his spokesperson Mallam Olawale Rasheed on Saturday, Governor Adeleke expressed delight over the positive feedback received regarding his administration’s performance over the past 11 months. He valued the direct and open interaction that transpired, noting that the informal setting fostered a genuine exchange of thoughts.
“The interactive session was a powerful reminder of the importance of open dialogue in governance. The candid feedback from participants has reinforced our commitment to enhancing our performance in areas highlighted by our constituents,” said Governor Adeleke.
Expressing gratitude to the various stakeholders, including royal dignitaries, student bodies, civil society organizations, and the media, Governor Adeleke pledged to maintain transparency and responsiveness.
Post-event, Governor Adeleke instructed his team to assess feedback from the forum, aiming to devise strategies to address identified weak points and reinforce areas of praise. He emphasized that the Ipade Imole event was more than just a gathering, but a commitment to actionable change.
To maintain an ongoing dialogue with the residents, the Governor announced plans to launch an Ipade Imole website, documenting proceedings from the forum and establishing an interactive platform. Additionally, a dedicated WhatsApp chat room will be set up to facilitate direct communication. “Our aim is to keep this engagement alive, ensuring a continuous feedback loop,” he said.
Adeleke encouraged associations that attended the event to disseminate the insights and outcomes from the forum to their respective memberships, reinforcing the collaborative spirit of the event.
