Chelsea boss, Thomas Tuchel, has named the three games that hurt his side this season.
According to Tuchel, Chelsea’s Premier League games against Manchester United, Burnley and Everton, hurt his team.
The German stated this following Chelsea’s Premier League 0-0 draw against Wolves on Sunday.
Chelsea dropped two points each against Man United, Burnley and Everton.
The Blues played a 1-1 draw at Stamford Bridge against Burnley on November 6, Manchester United on November 28 and Everton on December 16.
Tuchel’s men are now 6 points behind leaders Manchester City and 3 points behind second position Liverpool after 18 matches.
Speaking at his post-match press conference, Tuchel said, “The points that hurt are the points we lost at home against Manchester United, Burnley and Everton.
“These are the points that hurt, not today. I can’t and will not comment on other decisions about postponed games. We never compared ourselves to another situation, we were just worried about the safety of players.
“The players were worried about their health because we had several positive results in several days.”
