THE top four players to win this year’s Ballon d’Or have been revealed as the 2026 FIFA World Cup semi-final fixtures begin.

France will face Spain in the semi-final on Tuesday, while England will clash with Argentina on Wednesday.

However, according to Polymarket, as reported by Fabrizio Romano on Tuesday, France captain, Kylian Mbappe, currently has the biggest chance to win the Ballon d’Or award this year.

The 27-year-old, who has scored eight goals and provided two assists, has a 42% chance of winning the Ballon d’Or prize.

Argentina captain, Lionel Messi, has 30% chance, while England midfielder, Jude Bellingham, has 17% chance.

England captain, Harry Kane, who has scored six at the tournament, is in fourth place with 5%.
