Paris Saint-Germain have retained the UEFA Champions League trophy after beating Arsenal 4-3 on penalties in a dramatic final in Budapest on Saturday.

The game ended 1-1 after extra time, forcing a penalty shootout that PSG narrowly won to secure back-to-back European titles.

Arsenal took an early lead in the sixth minute through Kai Havertz, putting the Premier League side in front.

PSG responded in the second half when Ousmane Dembélé converted from the penalty spot to level the match and take it into extra time.

After 120 minutes of action, neither side could find a winner, and PSG held their nerve in the shootout to clinch the title.
