THE West African Examinations Council (WAEC) has announced the release of the 2026 West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) results for school candidates.

The examination body disclosed this in a post on its official X page on Wednesday, informing candidates that their results are now available online.

“UPDATE: 2026 WASSCE (SC) results have been released. Generate your PIN at [http://waec.org](http://waec.org) and check your results now on [http://waecdirect.org](http://waecdirect.org),” WAEC wrote.

Candidates are required to generate a Personal Identification Number (PIN) through the council’s official website before accessing their results on the WAEC Direct portal.
