THE Osun State Head of Service, Elder Ayanleye Aina, has extended warm greetings to Muslim workers and pensioners across the state on the occasion of this year’s Eid al-Adha celebration.
According to the Head of Service, Eid al-Adha remains a significant period that symbolizes sacrifice, obedience, love and total submission to the will of Almighty Allah. He urged Muslim faithfuls to continue to uphold the virtues of peace, tolerance, unity and selflessness as exemplified by Prophet Ibrahim.
Elder Aina commended Muslim workers in the public service and pensioners for their commitment, dedication and support towards the growth and development of Osun State, urging them to sustain the spirit of diligence and patriotism in the discharge of their duties.
He also called on residents of the state to use the festive period to pray for continued peace, progress and prosperity of Osun State and Nigeria at large.
