Osun PDP Aspirant Osundare Clears Debts, Revives Electricity in Vocational School

THE Ijeda-born politician and leading aspirant for the Oriade State Constituency seat in the Osun State House of Assembly, Hon. Osundokun Osundare, has once again demonstrated his commitment to community development. Fondly addressed as DKSEA and popularly known as Mr. Talk and Do, he brought smiles to the faces of the management, staff, and students of the Technical and Vocational Education Government School in Ijeda/Ijebu Ijesa, Oriade Local Government, by restoring electricity to the institution.

The school had been facing power challenges due to outstanding bills on its transformer and prepaid meter. In his characteristic style of service and generosity, Hon. Osundokun Osundare promptly intervened by clearing the accumulated bills and ensuring that the school regained access to stable electricity.

Beyond offsetting the bills, the PDP aspirant also provided essential materials, including workmanship support, cable wires, and other technical necessities, to guarantee the effective restoration of power supply. This gesture not only solved an immediate challenge but also created a better learning environment for the students.

Speaking with our correspondent, the Principal of the school, Mrs. Ajileye, expressed profound appreciation to Hon. Osundokun Osundare for his timely intervention. She described the gesture as a true reflection of his love for education and his unwavering commitment to the progress of the Oriade community.

Mrs. Ajileye further prayed for the success of Hon. Osundokun Osundare in his political aspirations, noting that his practical support for schools and communities has already distinguished him as a man of action. She added that the school, like Oliver Twist, would always desire more from his impactful leadership.

Hon. Osundokun Osundare, who is contesting under the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) ahead of the 2027 State Assembly election, has continued to attract commendation across Oriade for his people-oriented approach. His intervention in the education sector is being seen as another bold step in his consistent record of service, further strengthening his acceptance among stakeholders and constituents.
