A prominent politician, Hon. Bode Obanla, the Senior Special Assistant on Community Engagement (North) to Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa of Ondo state, has resigned from his position.
The resignation was contained in a letter dated July 16, 2025, and submitted through the Secretary to the State Government.
It was gathered that the letter has been acknowledged by the Governor’s Office, indicating officially quitting the role.
“Your Excellency, my decision to resign my appointment is to enable me focus on my little but flourishing business which at the moment needs my full attention,” Obanla stated in a letter sighted by this Online Newspaper on Wednesday.
He thanked the governor for the opportunity given to him to serve.
