The victim, a woman named Henry Fernandez, disclosed that the suspect had suddenly leaned and kissed her lips after bathing her.

According to her, it was surprising as she never expected such turn out but she kept her cool untill the following day when he tried to kiss her lips again but she avoided it by moving her head.

Fernandez would later report to the hospital management and the hospital management made him resign to avoid a scandal.

However, the victim would go further to report to police and the 47-year old who is married with kids was arrested.

On June 10, 2025, Judge Alex Menary sentenced Kudabo to 1 year in prison.

Kudabo pleaded guilty to the charges against him but the court deemed his actions a serious breach of ethics insisting that he must spend 6 months in prison before he could be considered for release if he developed good behavior.

He apologized to the victim and said he did it because he pitied her condition and thought kissing her will make her feel better.
