Operatives of the Benin Zonal Directorate of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, on Tuesday, January 14, 2025 arrested seven suspected internet fraudsters otherwise known as Yahoo Boys in Benin City, Edo State.
The suspects were arrested based on credible intelligence on their alleged involvement in internet- related fraud.
Items recovered from them include one Lexus car, laptops and phones.
The suspects will be charged to court as soon as investigations are concluded.
