2027: See powerful message Rivers LG chair pens to Tinubu against Wike

The Chairman of Obio Akpor Local Government Area of Rivers State, Chijioke Ihunwo, has advised President Bola Tinubu to be wary of the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, minister, Nyesom Wike.

 

Ihunwo said this while speaking to newsmen in his office on Thursday.

 

Ihunwo, who serves as the chairman of Wike’s local government, alleged that the minister has plans of vying for the presidential seat in 2027.

 

He said, “Wike has plans to run for president in 2027. Mr. President should be wary about Wike.

 

“His plan is to tell the president that ‘I want to remain in PDP, let me hold the structure for you.’

“There, he will be doing follow-up on how to succeed the President.

 

“He did it to Amaechi, so he can do it to anybody. That’s his style. So, I want to appeal to the President to be very wary of Wike, minister of the FCT.”
