S’Court Reserves Judgement In Kogi Governor, Ododo’s Victory

THE Supreme Court on Monday reserved judgement on the electoral disputes that arose in the conduct of the governorship elections in Kogi State in 2023.

Voice Air Media reports that Muritala Ajaka of the Social Democratic Party (SDP) is challenging the declaration made by INEC on the outcome of the election.

Usman Ododo of the APC was declared the winner of the election and is presently the governor of the state.
