Senior Prophet Jeremiah Omoto Fufeyin popularly known as Owomowomo 1, general superintendent and founder of Christ Mercy land Deliverance Ministries Warri, Delta State, has organised 2-days training for over 5,000 youths on communication and digital economy.
As part of their social responsibility and community service, Jeremiah Omoto Fufeyin Foundation undertakes a free training of over 5,000 youths on communication and digital economy to enable them Learn and develop new skills, and competencies.
The 2-day training started on Friday July 19 to Saturday July 20 at Mercy City, Warri. The training centred on; Technical skills, Soft skills, Language skills, Creative skills, Business skills.
The resource persons and partners took different turns to educate participants (youths) on proper use of internet and different levels of digital economy such as; E-commerce, Remote work, social media, sharing economy, digital entertainment, digital payments and cryptocurrencies.
The Director General of Jeremiah Omoto Fufeyin foundation, Prophet Sunday Okuma a native of Ikono, Akwa Ibom State addressed the participants said, “we are committed to empowering individuals with the knowledge and skills needed to thrive in the digital age”. He said.
“We offer you this opportunity to learn from industry experts, engage in hands-on workshops and network with like-minded individuals who share your passion”.
He noted that “Our free training on communication and digital economy is designed to equip you with the tools and strategies to turn your passion for creating your sustainable source of income”.
The President of the Foundation, prophet Jeremiah Omoto Fufeyin while responding to questions from newsmen explained why he’s passionate about human development, saying, he loves the youths and always want to empower them to do something meaningful to earn good living.
“I had a poor begining and I promised God if you bless me I will help others, that’s why if I see someone suffering I will give to help that person.
I am consistent in helping people, I visited flood victims at various locations and IDP camps in the northern part of the country and we were able to feed people three times daily for about one month and 20 days.
we spent over 300 million in humanitarian services”, Jeremiah Fufeyin said.

According to one of the Participants from Rivers State, the training cost is estimated to be about N200,000 per participants but it was made free by the foundation.
It was a thrilling moment when participants took turns to express their excitement and gratitude for the opportunities given to them to enhance their performance and productivity, stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, expand their professional opportunities, increase their earning potential, and improve their overall quality of life through the 2-day training. They also poured encomium on Prophet Jeremiah for giving this opportunity free.
