Family reveals cause of Ondo guber Aspirant, Akintelure’s death

VOICE AIR MEDIA, VAM News Update

Few hours after his demise, the family of Paul Akintelure, one of the governorship aspirants of the ruling All Progressives Congress in Ondo, has revealed the cause of the politician’s death.

While revealing the development, the younger brother of the deceased, Oladapo Akintelure, said he died at the age of 61 in a Lagos hospital on Tuesday morning after a sudden sickness.

Oladapo revealed that his brother had been complaining of headaches to back and chest pains.

In his words; “He was admitted at a time and had to take a break off campaign to attend to his health. At a time, we were worried and advised him to rest and we moved him to Lagos.

“As a family member, I would not want to say much for now because it is still a shocking moment for us, but it is unfortunate that we lost him at this critical time.

However, the family in an official statement wrote:
“As a family, we understand his sudden enigmatic demise has left a void in our hearts, that of his friends, associates, supporters, and political loyalists”.

Since the announcement of his death, the political calculation for Ondo Guber 2024 election has formed a new shape.
